📷 Photo & Media Release

I give LetsPlay Indoor permission to photograph and/or video record my child during camp activities. These images may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials. No personally identifying information will be shared.

🏃 Participation Consent & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in camp activities may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities, outdoor play, field trips, and water activities. I voluntarily consent to my child's participation and assume responsibility for any risks associated with these activities. I acknowledge that LetsPlay Indoor staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure my child's safety.

🚌 Transportation & Liability Waiver

I consent to my child being transported on LetsPlay Indoor's bus for daily off-site field trips. I understand that all drivers are appropriately licensed and insured, and that all reasonable safety measures will be taken. I release LetsPlay Indoor and its staff from liability arising from transportation to and from field trip locations, except in cases of gross negligence.

💳 Refund Policy Acknowledgement

Full refund minus 25% admin fee for cancellations before June 1, 2026. No refunds after June 1, 2026.
